1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions, plans, add-ons, or any other services offered by NieoFix are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of usage, early termination, or dissatisfaction.

2. Subscription Renewals

All subscription plans are set to auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is the responsibility of the user to manage their subscription and cancel it before renewal if they do not wish to continue. Cancellation of auto-renewal will only stop future charges. It does not qualify for a refund of any previous payments.

3. Service Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription or services at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused periods of the subscription.

4. Exceptions

As a strict policy, NieoFix does not provide refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
